I am like the Terrell Owens of coloring

I was watching the Hall of Fame game today and was thinking about Terrell Owens and how we used to be good when he played for San Fransisco then got really cocky and then wasn't as good. It kind of reminded me of myself and here is why...

First you need some background. I have been coloring since I was first able to hold a crayon. My mom is a master colorer and trained me well. I learned at a young age many techniques such as outlining the picture and coloring in the same direction. She taught me that if you focus really hard and stick your tongue out of the side of your mouth you will color better (just try it). When the day came where I received my first 94 box of crayons with a built in sharpener, I knew I was on the fast track to coloring success.

As I grew up, I experimented coloring with colored pencils and markers, still nothing could compare to the waxy greatness of a crayon. I remember being told by my 6th grade teacher that my map of the United States was colored very neatly. This is when my ego started to grow out of control. It continued to grow pretty steadily throughout the years and spiked again in high school. During the second semester of my freshman year I bought myself a box of 120 crayons. Can you believe it? They come in packs of 120! I was soon able to name the color of every crayon in the box just by looking at it (If you are thinking that I am a loser with too much time on their hands I know you are just jealous).

The highlight of my coloring career came on graduation day in high school. My friends and I decided to go to Outback Steakhouse. I of course got a kids menu and a box of crayons. I spent the whole dinner coloring this picture of something weird and Australian, probably a dingo. It was obviously beautifully colored. This is when my friend Heather said, "Wow Stacey, you are a really good colorer." My ego exploded and I then knew that I could out color anyone who challenged.

After this I was cocky,I mean really really cocky. I did not need to practice coloring at all. The day came when my roommate Trina challenged me to a coloring contest. We each colored a giant page of my Dora the Explorer Dinosaur coloring book. We took pictures of the final product with our phones and sent them out to our friends to vote. Trina won! I was pissed.

This taught me an important life lesson and now I wont be so cocky about coloring. I have been practicing a lot and hopefully win if we have a re-match.

I hope this makes you all very happy

Hi everyone! I am sorry I haven't blogged in a long time. I have so many things to tell you! I was reading the Tosh.0 blog (read it) and it reminded me of something that makes everyone happy. Right now I'm running short on time so I thought I would show you some videos about this something.....PANDAS! You have probably have seen some of these before but they never get old.

I will probably put a cute thing on my blog every week because it is hard to find a tool of the week these days. Since Jersey Shore aired people realized what douche bags they were and got real with their life.

Fact: It is physically impossible for someone to be sad while looking at a panda

I'm baaacccck!

Sorry I haven't written in a while. Once I stop writing I get nervous to blog again. I have just been eating chocolate, working, going to school and using my new ID. Oh yea I turned 21. Lately I have had an unlimited supply of Gatorade so I guess life has been pretty good. I am kinda suspicious my roommates have been drugging me at night. My dreams have been extra weird. Many are about Harry Potter and Narnia. The Narnia ones are scary. I also have figured out my purpose in life. I think I am supposed to always trip and fall in front of large groups of people. It’s embarrassing but someone has to be that person. Well, hopefully next time I have a more interesting thing to talk about. Don’t worry I won’t disappear for two months again.
